Linear Motor Pump
Details
The downhole linear motor pump consists of linear motor (hereinafter referred to as motor) and pump. The motor is composed of stator, rotor, seal rod, air gap protection structure, shock absorber spring and filter screen. The pump is composed of pump shell, filter screen, pump barrel, push rod and plunger.
Downhole linear motor pump belongs to rodless oil-production equipment, and it perfectly evades the problems of rod eccentric wear and stretching energy consumption. Meanwhile, benefit from not any mechanical moving equipment on the ground, the system efficiency is greatly improved. Compared with the ground pumping unit system, the comprehensive power saving rate is over 35%.
