ICCP

ICCP is a new kind of rodless oil pumping system, consists of intelligent inner layer, fiber reinforced layer and out sheath. We can design and proceed UHMWPE, PA and PVDF for Intelligent inner layer, power cables, heating wires, optical fibers or signal wires are embedded inside. Fiber reinforced layers are composed of high strength fibers, such as aramid fibers, carbon fibers and glass fibers, they undertake the axial load, radial load and annulus load, The out sheath is used to protect the pipeline during transportation, installation and production. ICCP offers the following advantages:
